Serenity Corner is an independent, non-denominational street outreach ministry right here in Terrell, and is a beloved ministry partner of our church. Serenity Corner was founded in 2016 specifically to make sure that the most ignored in our community became the least ignored. By giving a voice to the voiceless, Serenity endeavors to bring the lost out of the darkness and into the light.
We are thrilled to partner with Serenity Corner, and to work alongside the great men and women of this ministry who seek to reach the lost in the most forgotten places, and in the most desperate situations.
Through donations and support from individuals and local churches like Faith Fellowship, Serenity Corner is able to run a small food pantry, as well as assist low/no-income members of the community with important services – things like obtaining state identification, enrolling in drug and alcohol rehab programs, and job placement.
There is no greater community than a community of loving individuals who are willing to overlook (and even embrace) differences for the common goal of healing the hurting, repairing the broken, and saving the lost.
Join us at Serenity Corner on Friday nights! A meal is served at 5:30pm and the gathering begins at 7:00pm.
For more information, reach out to Serenity Corner directly, or contact our church office.
